Great experience located right in Patong Beach on a busy street across front the beach. I loved the pool suite because it had the privacy I was looking for and all the luxuries I was used to like air conditioning, spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Room service was quick and the wifi was free and easily accessible. The hotel buffet breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be the minor issue of a few mosquitoes in my room at night and the extreme stiffness of the bed. The staff offered to light a citronella oil burner for me at night. It helped a lot. Bug spray is also offered because it is needed. Also I would have liked more fluent English speaking staff because they hardly spoke any English at all. It was difficult to communicate with them and exchange my gratitude for their services. Over all, a small but safe and peaceful environment.
We absolutely loved the Bliss Suite, it was clean and the room was amazing, we booked a pool suite and couldn't have been happier with its quiet yet beachfront location. South Patong and the Bliss Suite are a perfect combination. Lovely staff and we couldn't fault it!
This hotel is clean, spacious and pleasant. Location is better for families wishing to stay in Patong as it is at the southern end away from the party scene. The pool villa is fabulous but as they are all on the ground floor, traffic is quite noisy. private plunge pool is not very private as the balconies above can see straight into the pool and pedestrians on the street are able to look over the fence but you have direct view of Patong beach straight across the road. The breakfast is ordinary and the hotel ran out of toilet paper but offered to go and buy some more.
