We found the staff friendly and that was the only positive. The rooms were dirty and falling apart. There was little privacy in bathroom or balcony. We were woken up at 1am by drills and hammering. However it was more alarming seeing all the broken asbestos board on the balcony.
We booked two rooms from 21 to 25 Dec 2011.
Location wise, it is good as it is more peaceful and less rowdy than the usual Bang-la and Rati-U-Thit Songroi area along Patong Beach. It is within 10 mins walk to the Jung-Ceylon Shopping Mall and amenities like 7-11 and Family Marts, Hairdressers, Massage outlets, Laundry shops and small eateries are aplenty along the way.
Hotel wise, it is clean, modern and compact with a personal touch. Rooms are properly cleaned. The breakfast is good!
The three shuttle services to the Patong Beach is a plus too!
To perfect the place, maybe the hotel can look into some minor details like:
1) Have some hooks for hanging clothes in the shower.
2) The safes in Rms 204 and 205 should be fixed.
3) There should also be a light after the first flight of stairs (the landing area) as it can get quite dark in the night.
Generally, we are satisfied with the stay and will recommend to friends. But try asking for rooms facing the pool (which we did) because those facing the road are noisy.

I was looking for the best price and was really impressed with the standard of the hotel, staff and the service, totally, because i look for best price i am happy to accept less but it wasn't the outcome here, i would reccomend this hotel and will stay here again
