Sunshine Resort is a brand new hotel. Quiet basic but it was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice and normal by Western standards (considering the condition of some bathrooms you find in Asia). The staff were friendly and there is a Family Mart/7-11 just around the corner which is also convenient.
