SM Resort Patong beach Phuket is a new resort in Patong beach, Phuket. The resort was ready to accommodate its first guests on November 1st, 2009. It has 50 rooms with 3 different types of room, 39 Deluxe Rooms, 8 Superior Rooms and 3 Sweet Suite Rooms. And each room is equipped with modern technologies such as 42 Plasma TV, a set of PC Computer with printer and free Wi-Fi Internet in the resort area

staff very rude, no one speaks english. very noisy. views were terrible of a rubbish dump. everything there was over priced. the food was terrible. to far away from main patong beach. it had foul smelling odours throughout hotel. i will never stay there again even if it was free. they wanted to charge for printer paper. rats and cockroaches throughout the hotel. pool was dirty and full of algey. dont pick this hotel.
only real problem was the shower in the room.it was either cold or really hot with a 10 second window of warm water to quickly shower with.maybe this needs to be looked at by staff
hotel is advetised inpatong!!! it is miles from patong and expensive to get to patong there location details are false and misleading latestays need to be aware of this
