Simple clean accom close to Bangla and no joiner fee. Don't bother getting Grand deluxe rooms over Deluxe as my friends were in the latter and the rooms were significantly nicer. The grand deluxe room was tired and musty. Service was casual and good. Very pleasant stay.
location and staff very good, However on our first night there was no hot water,and according to some other tennants there had been none for several days. When the water came back on there was very low water pressure (nearly none )to have a shower.
Very close to beach and bangla road nightlife, Nice breakfast and friendly staff, 24 hour reception which is handy, overall well priced hotel, rooms thoroughly cleaned daily if required, will stay again on future travels.
