Patong Beach average

Location is good, not too far from the crowded area but quiet during the night. Very near, just walking distance to the beach. Hotel staff are nice also but some can't speak fluently.

I am a Singaporean , as to say an ASian. Staff there mostly greet and be polite to westerner and don't really bother about Asian whereby I feel it's kind of discrimination. On 2 different occasion when I check the price for late check out with the same staff , a supervisor level, and both occasion she quote me 2 difference charges. 1st time I enquire about the rate for late check out , she quoted me 1400baht and I did not proceed as I find that it's extremely steep for an extension of only 3 hour. So on the next day I check with the same staff again but this time with under study , a forigner understudy and to my surprise , she quoted me 800baht!?!? It's such a huge difference and I really wonder if they do have integrity in providing accurate info with regards to the hotel charges
