excellent staff and helpful in everyway and the buffet breakfast is very good
staff couldnt speak much english. no hair dryer, no hot water when we asked. and they took away our door card which we left in the room, and when asked for it, they had to check n check first. but generally, it was a great stay.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful although they do not speak good English which is understandable.
The first night was not so pleasant as the air-conditioning was noisy. The hotel managed to change the room upon my request. TV reception was not so good and the hotel is next to a construction site although it was not that noisy on the side I was facing. I found that the pool was a little small. The hotel has a work out gym and in house spa which is nice.
The hotel is conveniently located to 7/11 and marts. it is about 10 mins walk to the main road and the beach where all the happenings are. Overall, it is quite a decent hotel for the price you pay.
