Pretty good value hotel, better to stay on the pool side view room. cleaning room, nice hot water, nice clean pool. Good location if you like to keep just a little bit away from the busiest Patong night life.
Not bad Hotel, Location is ok as 15mins walk to the beach. Service on the first day was not very good though.. Reception staff was not helpful and can even borrow an umbrella and had to go all the way back to the room to get one. The staff on duty during the check-out was way much better and friendly. No internet and Wifi in the rooms is the only really bad point on this hotel.
This is an excellent hotel providing good value for money. The staff were friendly, efficient and courteous and the amenities especially the pool were excellent. We were woken most mornings by some construction work on the building next door but I suspect this will soon be completed. The 'superior' poolside rooms had a better view than ours but then we were undisturbed by any noise. All-in-all it was a good experience for us and I'd happily recommend this hotel to visitors to Patong.
