To remark over the air condition, the cable tv with international channels, the shower with hot and cold water and the fridge are the big balcony and the electronic safety box

The bed is spoilt and the towels are very dirty!
I enjoyed a lot my staying in Martini House / ban Kanchana.
the owner is very friendly and helpful giving me a lot of suggests about restaurant, tours etc etc, Thanks for that i saved a lot of money. The room was first of all very clean and offers everything you need. I mean; is not a 4 stars hotel but for the amount i paid i got more of what i expected and everything in good conditions: cable tv, fridge, wi-fi service, hot and clean water in the bathroom a wide terrace where i enjoyed to spend some hours..iwould definately stay it here again.i have real nothing to complain

Overall service was good. clean room...but gotta walk up staircase...Very helpful and friendly boss Antonio, location far from patong and bangra...highly recommended for those looking for budget accommodation
