Was happy with the Lamai hotel, good location, cheap, sometimes a little hard to sleep with the loud traffic close by. Very good hotel for single men
It was the worst experience I had in hotels, I've been telling them about my air condition as it was not working for 4 days and they didn't fix it untill check out which made me sleep in my friends room coz it was very hot.
The rooms where very dirty even after room service and the hotel smells bad all the time and you can hear everything that happens below or above or next to your room and I mean litrely everthing and you can hear everything on the street as well.
Most the snacks in the fridge were expired ;s
The soap in bathroom was used and it wasn't new, the bathtub and WC were dirty and the water stays for an hour after usage to get drained
TV doesn't have good channels, you can only find local thai channels which I were not interested in
In coclusion, I don't recommend this hotel and it should be removed from your website to ensure your quality

The staff are very nice and helpfull and i will always use Lamai again. The rooms are exellent and of high standard.
