Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were fantastic and value for money.
The food and service at the restaurant were constantly great. Very relaxing and comfortable in spite of being in the middle of Patong. Definitely come back here again :)

We stayed at La Flora for 3 nights before leaving for Koh Samui and reuturning again on our Honeymoon, this has been an amazing experience from the minute we got out of the transfer also organised by Asia web at time of booking, we where greeted by La Flora staff whom assisted with our luggage and we sat and relaxed with a welcoming drink while they took care of the check in process which was quick and stress free they checked and made sure we agreed on amount being charged to our credit card and they where very accomodating in making sure my 7 month pregnant wife was comfortable and ok after the flight, The staff then showed us to our room and pointed out hotel facilities on our way past, our luggage arrived in our room promptly, All the staff are extremely friendly and can not do enough to help you, the breakfast which was included was amazing so much choice and fresh, and the restaurant cleanliness and standards was extremely high, The beach access from hotel was great for lots of relaxation, my wife was in need of a chiropractor or physio for her hip due to being uncomfortable from pregnancy staff at front desk showed genuine concern and knew what I was after and had it organised within no time for one to attend the hotel to treat her and kept us up to date with what was happening up till his arrival, the complementry mini bar was a bonus and toiletries supplied in the room where of a good quality over all experience was fantastic and wouldn't stay any where else

For where it is -- in the heart of Patong ! -- it was indeed a place to rest and refresh!
The doorless bathroom opening onto the bedroom is unlikely to be everyone's preference!
