Jang Resort

I was very disappointed with the hotel the kitchen staff we so rude and coughing all over the food. it was loud and i couldn't sleep as the people up stairs were so loud. There also was a Tsunami warning and they didn't tell us we just saw everyone running for the hills i will not ever be returning to Phuket

On arrival - no hot water, flooding shower, bathroom door didn't close properly and leaking sink that had definately seen better days. The staff fixed everything quickly apart from the sink. Very helpful staff apart from the surly waiter at breakfast.

Loved this hotel so much. Very very nearby to Bangla road, Jungcelon Shopping complex & also to the beach. When you walk out from this hotel, you can see lots of shops for shopping, food & massage centres. The breakfast was really nice with lots of food selection & wont be a problem for any race to choose their breakfast as they offer american breakfast with chicken sausages & Asian breakfast with chicken fried rice/noodles. They also can prepare vegetarian fried rice if you are vegetarian. Would really suggest this hotel to anyone going to Patong because it is really worth your money and they gave a very good service in terms of cleanliness, perfect location & breakfast. The workers are very friendly too. You wont regret - trust me!!!
