bathroom on arrival dirty, hair, mould on tiles, overall look a nd feel of bathroom was dirty. Once HK clesned bathromm again, they used may bath towel to wipe dry thebwall tiles, after doing so he hang it back for me to use, a disaster.... Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Service in restaurant/ bar slow and unfriendly, unflexibel, front office ok, no recovery letter after incident with bathroom, a apology from duty manager would have been appropiate.
on a picture and description of all good, but smaller than the numbers I've never seen, did not match the price and brand, will never stop and I do not advise others.
The internet is very important and we get free wifi in the room in Singapore. We have to pay here in Phuket :(
