This is NOT a family hotel (was mentioned on a website to be amongst the top 10 family hotels in Phuket). Beach is a public beach, not a hotel beach. There is a kids club and the staff is very friendly and good. Toddlers pool avaiable but different area than main pool.
The balconys (for those parents with small kids who are forced to stay in after the kids are in bed) are tiny with very unconfortable chairs and the view from most balconies is bad.
All in all: Pricy hotel, I would NOT recommend staying there.

We had a Deluxe Pool View room and the room was easily one of the best I have stayed in and the service from housekeeping was great. We ended up coming back to the hotel for a further 3 nights and unfortunately the Deluxe room was not available so we had to settle for a superior room. whilst this was very comfortable the deluxe is well worth the extra for the comforts it provides.
