Front desk officer wasn't very friendly, but the facilities are very nice. most of the staff were friendly
Amazing hotel!!! The staff is extremely nice and the place is beautiful. The location is perfect, close to the beach and downtown but very quiet and peaceful.
This was a great place, very clean and beautiful to stay at. Defintely would go back. Only negativity would be that some of the staff were hard to communicate with as their english was poor. Furthermore when i stayed there onthe last day of my stay there was a slight earthquake. None of the hotel guests were warned about the potenial tsunami threat yet all hotel staff had ascended to higher ground completely leaving guests out of the loop. An annoucement or programed telephone call should have occurred to ensure guest safety.
