the hotel offer to upgrade us to a premier room which was wonderful. appreciate for the nice offer. when i stayed in courtyard the very first time 2 years ago, we were being upgraded to the premier room as well. i will come back to courtyard again for my next visit to phuket. excellent location, nice service, customer service officer are very friendly.
It's a very nice hotel in a good location at patong beach, the staff are very friendly and efficient. A very extensive breakfast buffet, nicely presented and very tasty. I had dinner there one night, pork chop with peppercorn sauce, very reasonable price, well cooked and presented and very tasty.
Good clean hotel, good size rooms. Excellent location and friendly staff. Breakfast reasonable and good service. Great kids club. Pool is in courtyard so does not get as much sun as you would like the whole day but the beach is 2 minutes walk away.
