this ok is ok if u book it in high price u will have everything in the room. if you book a cheaper rate on the internet u will not have your toothbrush in your room. i have stay in many hotel they have a universal plug for computer 2 pin to 3 pin plug when request. but when i request from them they told me that they dont have it . it seem that they scare your are going to bring it home. on the other hand the room which i book and it show on the internet is not the same when i arrive there.
LOVED this hotel. amazing experience and cannot fault one thing. Stayed during their new year festival and all staff got involved with water festival and had great fun. staff very friendly both reception staff and waiter staff. breakfast everyday was great and will definitely be back next year !
Good hotel, great staff. The service in the restaurant down stairs on the ground level is slow but it has great food.
