Very good hotel, location was fantastic, however pool area can get shady, while not a fault with hotel it is a personal preference to have more sun. More lounges around pool would be good too.
Excellent location and great facilities. The satff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Banthai to anyone looking for accomodation in Patong.
