Bangkok Residence is a boutique hotel combines Thai-Modern Design. Hotel is one of the best location in Patong sit on Soi Sansabai that conjunction with Bangla Road and close to the beach and Junceylon shopping center. Hotel has 60 rooms in superior and Jacuzzi Deluxe. There are a restaurant, bar, pub,and meeting room.Hotel's selfrating is 2 stars plus.

Excellent hotel, great rooms, good breakfast, fantastic location, guest friendly. Was a little bit noisy due to some construction but I could live with it.
The hotel is clean and more than enough for the price paid. Its very cheap and worth it. The hotel people are quite accomodating and very friendly.
It is near the mall (Jhungceylon), the bars area in Bangla Road, and around 15 minutes away from the beach which is just ok and I believe a bit safer...
