I highly recommend this hotel. it is simply great... so much so i extended my stay here. it is perfect. great staff, great environment... they even give me discount on the food and free drink. simply great.
We had to change room after the first night because of blocking of shaow drain and ants in the room.
In the second room the ants problem remained, and there was strong smell of paint in the room. Although we worried about our health but did not ask to change room again as we guessed all the rooms would be the same. The staff of the hotel do not speak good English and that caused many problems. For example, I requested morning call for one morning but that was not arranged because of misunderstanding.
I also had some incidents when checking out. The checking out officer wanted to charge us extra due to her miscalculation of taxes.
Having said all these, I must say that the staff wanted to help very keenly, and they were very friendly with us, which made us feel comfortable.
