This newly opened hotel has 49 rooms on 6 floors with superior balconies rooms and standard rooms overlooking Patong Hill. Each floor of the hotel is served by elevator for easy access and complete ground floor with cosy lobby adjacent to the small restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I will never use this booking site or hotel again
I am severly disappointed and consequently have forfeited my payment and had to pay for another hotel, even though I requested a refund
I specified on booking and paying that I was 2 adults/1 child
I had the print out on arrival that also stated this
However the desk staff informed me on check in that I had to pay extra for daughter who is 10 (that was just to share a bed with myself and my husband no extra bed even though I had booked for
her)
Very unhappy with this service, I felt that I was ripped off and taken advantage
