Unwind with our blissful surroundings with the breath-taking view of a mountainous range in the background and partial city view of Patong area. There are 2 guestroom buildings in the compound. Each has its unique style but has the same in common which is to offer all the sufficient amenities of a modern 3-star hotel.
The resort features 98 comfortable rooms with high quality bedding. All our guest rooms are designed in modern style to ensure your comfortable stay. The resort caters many room types starting from Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Mini Suite (Jacuzzi room), Executive room and Family Connecting room.
APK Resort is positioned in a quiet/quaint lane of the small community of the local resident. However, it gives an easy reach to the entire bustling city, making it the excellent base for a night comfort but also the starting point for exploring Patong beach.

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked as the price was great and it looked really good on the website but boy were we disappointed.
1. They say they have a shuttle to the beach, we tried using this several times to be told the driver was unaviable.
2. We asked reception to book us a cab to the airport, they said they didnt do this - what hotel wont book you a cab!!!
3. the pool is overshadowed by the building so gets no sunlight.
4. both our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 2pm, we had to wait till 6pm
5. the location of this hotel is really rubbish, there are no shops, restaurants around and you cannot walk to the beach from the hotel. Its also flanked on both sides by a buiding site. Do not expect the hotel to provide a shuttle or to book you a cab
6. the staff have got to be the rudest most unhelpful hotel staff ever and finally they over charged us for our rooms, even though we had a print out with how much we had paid, they made me login to my internet banking to prove I had paid a deposit, then still made us pay extra.

I will give the receptionist at APK resorts the very BAD rate. 1. not good in english 2. make faces, you can see from there faces that they don't want to help 3. not friendly 4. they don't give good service 5. they don't offer or give other options 6. they give wrong directions. 7. The manager is not there to check what they are doing. I think all the good ones is at the APK resorts and SPA.
