The extrabed was not avalible, due to fullybooked. Ants in the rroms, dirty poolarea. AD says 75 m pool, only half that length. To get to the beach between 7am-8pm you have to use a homemade raft over a stream( not safe). The area around this raft is dirty. Bad service concerning taxiservice, take long time due to del with local taxifirm. Brakfast must upgrade, coolitems are not beeing kept in cold. Very bad english is spoken of several of the hotelstaff. some of them no nderstanding at all. at check-out the receptionstaff all most charged me for 10000THB more than the voucher said. In all this hotel is not complete yet and I will NOT recommens this to anyone. The price is not worth the accomodation.
I will not stay at L'esprit next time i go to beautifil Nai Yang. Tha staff's service was poor. The breakfast did not even have cold areas for yoghurt and butter. There was small ants all over the place. The villa's bathroom has "open" walls. The rooms are beautiful, but I'll choose another hotel. Not ****, maybe **+
THIS IS A GEM OF A HOTEL, EXCELLENT ROOMS AND COSEY ATMOSPHERE. WE HAD THE GARDEN SUITE WHICH AFFORDS MORE PRIVACY BUT IS ONLY ABOUT 10 METERS FROM THE POOL. BREAKFAST 1ST CLASS. WITH THE VILLAGE CLOSE BY AND THE BEACH A SHORT WALK AWAY VIA, IT IS OUR FIRST CHOICE FOR OUR FUTURE ANNUAL THAILAND TRIPS
