one of the best hotels we have stayed in... decor was amazing and staff we so friendly. We ate everywere along the beach and the hotel pool bar was the best!
After a fly invasion in our room we had to move to a smaller room. Instead of being offered compensation immediately we had to ask for it- not what I'd expect from a 5-star resort.
The Resort was very noisy, especially in the area around the lobby and breakfast restaurant.
