Two Villas Holiday Phuket - Oriental Style Nai Harn

The villa provided very good accommodation for our family of five. The property is clean and well appointed with a good pool and outdoor area, although it could do with some more outdoor seating and sunbeds. The villa is in a quiet location with sufficient restaurants and shops within walking distance for most of our needs, although we found it necessary to hire a car to get to the beaches and other attractions. For a quiet family vacation the villa worked very well for us, for those that need to be close to the beach and nightlife ths may not be the best option.

When I reached the office of 2 villas from the airport, they took my card and decucted the amount completely, then they took us to the villa, after going inside there were 5 to 6 inches centipides crawling right in front of the living room entrance , We went further more inside the house, it was filthy and filled with bed bugs, termites, mosqitios and flying bugs. at the poolside there were 2 more centptides we saw which scared my wife that we cannot go to the pool or sleep in such an unhygenic place considering that I have my 10 month baby and 4 other friends with me we told Mr. tony that we cannot stay here at all but according to their hotel policy 100 % is non refundable. We went back to 2 villas holidays office the same night not staying there at all and for 5 gritty hours we kept on insisting that please refund back my money as i cannot stay a single day over their with my family and friends, as the villa was dirty and crawling with pests, I was more concern about my baby. I called your office and someone from your customer service said that it is 2 villas policy, we need to speak to them, the receptionist at the 2 villas holidays wouldnt give me the contact number of the manager and he told us to live for one night and next day he will relocate us. I disagreed with the fact because i cannot stay in a house filled with insects and be worries about my baby and friends, they lied to us and moreover it was my right to get back a refund by looking at the condition ( mind you the beach is not 5 minutes away, its in the middle of houses, with no security gaurd ).
I am extremly dissapointed by the service level and I am a journalist by profession working for a national newspaper in Dubai, I demand a refund and if my refund is not given back to me. I will mkle sure that I will write an article about the worse service experience i have encountered in my vacation trip.
I even told 2 villa holidays that they can deduct 1 day money and refund me back the next 2 days amount but they wouldnt agree, I even called the police but they couldnt understand and gave me a run around on the phone. eventually i had to move to another resort
I live in Dubai and I will make sure that asiaweb and 2 villa holidays name is spread out in newspaer, facebook, forum and among my friends, as a scam, cheats and liers, you people do not promise what you deliver.

Good services but the location of the villa is not accessible. You need to have a vehicle to go out to town area.
