Excelent hotel with 2 very big swimmingpools. The hotel situated at a nice sandy beach but the hotel is located far away from Phukets, shops and resturants. It is not a place for a family with older children due to this.
This hotel feels deserted and have a ghost like atmosphere to it. There was nearly no guests at the hotel and not the type of service you would expect at a good resort. The personnel was generally confused and very slow. Every time we asked for something - like having a bottle of water. they seemed surprised and had to ask a manager how to do it. The rooms are ok but seems tired and have a strange empty feeling to them.
beautiful hotel, but not many people around, location was stunning directly at the beach of hat mai khao, there was nothing else to do in the area, so this is a place for people who likes a quiet place to relax.
