The only down-side is the location. On one had I loved the fact that it was quiet, far away from the huzzle and buzzle on the other beaches of Phuket but I would have liked to have more restaurants to choose from in the close vicinity. The Spa is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and helpful but the poor interns working at breakfast must learn some more English. It is a very nice hotel, very relaxing, beach fantastic and an excellent choise for somebody in need of peace and quiet.

one minor thing - hotel is surrounded by taxi mafia who try to make on you.
