Huge facility but with lots of wasted space, long walks to get to breakfast area, no maps or signs. it was deserted when we went mid April - like a ghost town. No service poolside, no were to order drinks or cocktails. First room we got was infested wit flying ants, but we were upgraded to an amazing suite. When you turn on the water faucet, rusty brown water drains out for the first 5-10 seconds.
very attractive hotel with good swimming pools and the water park was great. location is great for peaceful vacation cause closeby theres absolutely nothing, theres one k-mart where you can buy essential wares but nothing more. very good stay. rooms are superb clean and like new.

Rooms were clean and new, but some parts were still under renovation; therefore, there were construction workers sitting around the building where my room was. They stared at my girlfriend pretty disgustingly; this is very disturbing for a hotel at this quality. Furthermore, even though the pool and beach were good, we were unable to walk from our room to any facilities because the hotel buildings were spread out.
