had the good experience with this hotel as its located few seconds away by motorbike and few minutes by walk to Kata beach. Just a little comment to the locals as we had a hard time understanding them. most didn't know how to speak engkish.

Room was basic but clean and had everything needed. Almost no noise came from other rooms. Staff were highly competant and attention to detail was good.

The management had overbooked several reservations and had wanted us to change rooms three times during our stay, despite the fact that they told us we had made the reservations first. That was a bad first impression.

The hotel has no main entrance lobby so finding its name was a tricky endeavour (the name is painted on the side wall of the adjacent building).
