Orchidacea Resort

When we booked it said "Free Wifi" but it was not free, and no signal in our room!

out of my month long trip in both indonesia and thailand staying in both expensive and cheap places this was the worst value for money and the worst custome service i have ever had. i paid for an ocean view double bed deluxe with wifi and breakfast and they tried to give me a footpath view, then the next room had the view but wasnt a deluxe and was 2 single beds. then finaly on the 3rd room i got an ocean view and a double bed but not deluxe room. and the wifi did not work. when i enquired about getting a taxi they staff told me it would be easier if i walked down the street and got a scooter. then on breakfast the staff treated me like i was trieng to steal off them after i showed them my room key and they spent 5 mins making sure that breakfast was included with my room i told them not to bother. then on check out they had not organised my airport transfer wich after 30 mins of my enquirys i had to bluntly yell at them and demand that they book me a transfer to the airport before i missed my plane wich then took 30 mins for them to book through a taxi company another 30 mind for the taxi to arrive and the taxi was filthy and smelt horrible . but a really nice place if it wasnt spoilt by staff and services it would have been one of my best stays of my trip.

Great hotel with lovely staff - the only problem was the stairs to get to your room - I had to take a few breaks each trip up & saw one older lady who was having real problems with the steps from street level to the reception. We wanted a room with a sea view & the view was absolutely beautiful but I think they should probably let people know that the stairs could be a problem if you are older or not very fit.
