Malisa Villa Suites

The pictures were nicer than the accomodations. While nice enough, the facilities were quite dated. The pool is what sold us and it looked dirty and old. There were termites in the kitchen and the bathroom wooden sink looked cute until we noted it didn't drain well and seemed to hold the residue from tooth brushing. The mosquitos ate us alive although we sprayed the room and kept the doors shut. There were many gaps in the doors and the lighting was too dim. Ambience is one thing but remodeling is in order. Other than that, the location was nice. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and breakfast was a treat. Fresh juice would have been nice but one can't be too picky. There was internet provided in the room which was nice and a dvd player.

The villa was superb and cozy. Their service was excellent. I really enjoyed their in villa breakfast.

Very nice facility, good location, very good service. The restaurant is a bit disappointing and offering good value. As this pace is mostly chosen for quietness, a tip should be to have in the morning when the villas are served a more quiet way of handling the trolleys for room service within the facility.
