Staff was not friendly, bad spooken english, the waiters did hardly speak any english. Cold food, wrong food served.....Worst of all, my 9 years old son was swimming in the pool and all of a sudden there was a big "splash" I looked in to the pool because I could not understand how he could create a splash like that. Look daddy he said there is big pieces of wood falling in to the pool. I looked in to the pool and found that there was about 6 pieces about 40 cm long with nails in them in the bottom of the pool. The pieces had been falling from the roof on the fourth floor less then a meter from my son. We informed the staff and recomended to block the pool until a inpection was made. The staff only picked up the parts and nothing more. We was informing/recomending the other guests not to swim in that area of the pool all the day. I could wright more negative stuff but I think it is enough. Choose another hotel is my recomendation.

Due to constructions works around we did not accept the room. second room next to elevator. third room accepted to end the hastle, but construction works in front and behind hotel. Water of big pool in unacceptable bad quality. Reception unable to organize taxi in one hour, repeat one hour.

Nice size rooms ,good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful but a very busy hotel brekfast was packed and quite hard to find a table whatever time you went. The staff also chased you for money as soon as you finished your drink or food , you couldnt have a d or you had to buy vouchers for everything else.
