Delight Villas Kata Beach

Delight Villas is just that ... a delight. Though a bit worn around the edged, the atmosphere was friendly, calming, charming. The pool down by the ocean is absolutely lovely. The staff made you feel right at home, and provided excellent and proactive service. In particular, Eed and Sutha was absolutely delightful!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is a little shabby, there are a few friendly geckos in the rooms, and the beds are hard... but all is acceptable with the views you get from your room, the infinity pool overlooking the ocean & kata beach, and the short walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

This hotel would be fantastic if it had an overhaul. The location is one of the best we observed in all of Phuket. However, the beds were hard, rooms run down, and facilities were limited. We were not too sure why this fabulous location wasn't cared for more; even some cosmetic and relatively inexpensive renovations could make this ok place great. Having said that, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and arranged a car hire and taxis as needed.
