Internet charge ridiculous, as cheaper hotels have this for free. Also we paid twice for hrs internet charge as we could not be bothered aruguing with the recepiton staff over $5 Au . It would be advisable to take visitors word for this after paying over AU$300 for two nights accommodation. I will not be recommending your hotel as a result of this.
Nice hotel. Great room, average/better breakfast offering, great service, good pool, expensive SPA (2x all others), expensive pool bar (just stupid prices). Nice personnel and serviceminded people. Steep hill a problem with smaller kids, otherwise a 5min stroll to the beach. Bus service runs pretty well to the beach and other end of the beach for nightlife (strange, but ok to walk downtown and take bus home). Room price above normal rates so a value for money gets a grade of 3,5 out of max 5.
For the price paid, hotel service and accommodation met all expectations. Sea view was fantastic, but the steep slope up to the entrance of the resort was the price for the view. A lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor areas of the resort as they have a lot of potted plants and small ponds with stagnant water. The swimming pool didn't smell liked it had any chlorine at all.
