Good value for the discounted price, good location. Pool access-room was very nice. Cleaning of the rooms was a joke, it was very bad. The floors in our room were always dirty and sandy. The timing of the cleaning was also strange, very late in the afternoon. Otherwise the maintanance was good, things were fixed quickly when we asked for something (like towels, toiletpaper, water etc. which the cleaners had forgot to put in the room).

There were some charges that I was not aware of, such as having to pay for the use of the room safe/ security box, 50 Baht per day. I also booked and payed for two people to stay in the room, but arrive as a single occupant, so any unexpected guests that stayed over for the night, the resort charged an extra 550 Baht for that person. Spoke to resort management and was informed that if no passport supplied at checking in, then the 550 Baht charge applies. Also guest should check the stock of the mini bar and glassware, for I was charged for bottled water x2 which was not in the fridge in the first place and a glass that was missing, which was never there and was told that I must of broken it. Nothing major but now I will always check what the room/ mini bar has listed as inventory and what is actually there.

Breakfast buffét was not complete and it was of middle to bad quality. Service was not as expected and you had pay extra for safety box and internet, which should be included at that price. Travel agent inside the hotel did not do a good service unless you pay for it. Loads of russians that probably paid less made it even more disappointing.
