Karon Cliff Boutique Bungalow Resort

I recommend not to stay in this hotel which is one of the worst we have used.

the views were good, the staff were good, the restaurant was excellent,
the accommodation was disgraceful the sheets looked dirty and the walls were paper thin you could hear the people talking in the next room and it did not look any thing like the pictures

WARNING - STAY AWAY!
The hotel looked great on internet, but unfortunately the pictures used must have been between 15-20 years old. The doorlock to the room was so rusty it was almost impossible to unlock the door. The boiler was brocken - the lid could not open, so no coffee. In toiletroom, the shower had water comming out everywhere. The toilet brocke down twice during our stay. The door to balcony could almost not open or close. Water was running out of the refridegerator onto the floor. The manager Peter Knuden was unpolite and rude. When I confronted him about the things that were not working in the room, he just said: This is Thailand!!! I have lived in Thailand for almost 2 years and I have never been treated so bad anywhere before. The thai staff on the other hand was very polite and did their best to make our stay as pleasent as possible.
