Centara Villas Phuket

Wonderful experience! Staff is awesome, beautiful grounds, rooms are great size and comfortable. There are many stairs, but suck it up, a good hike gets your day rolling and its not that bad, we never used a tuk tuk and we were very close to the pool. Breakfast is a little steep, but the view from the deck and the juice alone makes it worth it. A scooter is must purchase(100-200baht/day), being up on the hill will require a taxi to anywhere, and the trail to the beach closes at night, but I would trade the money for a scooter and this location then being able to walk into town any day, you'll need a scooter anyways to get around the island or from beach to beach. When you get there and see the other hotels, and realize where you are vs where everyone else is, you'll understand! Make sure you set up a ride from the airport and back it will save you 900 baht each way!

Centara Grand was fantastic - staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The facilities were also excellant and the rooms were great.

My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful and will to help at any point of time. The only bad encounter when the water supply been cut off.. After 3 hrs the water supply was restored the water from my room was in brown color and very dirty. Until the maintainance officer came to fix it.
