CC Blooms Hotel Phuket

CC Blooms Phuket Hotel is a place to come for healing, away from the mad rat race that typifies our daily modern lives. I found this wonderful hotel serendipitously on the internet, sensing immediately that one would be able to rest here. And it exceeded my expactations! As the backdrop: a forest of the most beautiful trees in the world, they seem alive, seeping healing into your soul, and looking out onto the ocean surrounded by mountains. Then the water feature running soothingly into the cool blue pool, the beautifully coloured rolled swimming towels available at all times for swimming in the inhouse pool or for taking to the beach. Free shuttle to all the nearby beaches, several times a day, drop-off and pick-up. Fantastic cleaning services. Staff that are constantly aware of your movements and your personal needs. Laundry washed impeccably, no mistakes. Free internet and printer. Architecture intriguing using bamboo with lush plant life and hanging flowers from coconut shell. Art on the walls and background music to die for. Thai massage available upon request. Room service and telephones in rooms, aircon, western showers and much more... Retreat here.

clean, friendly staff, nice environment, very quiet with view of ocean. Only drawback is that it is maybe 1km from main road up a steep hill and the onsite transportation provided does not run early or late....

Hotel was advertised as a 4 star, at best I would say 2 1/2 to 3, rooms were ok, we paid for a sea view but didnt get one. Room smelt of sewage unless you had windows open all the time, kitchen smelt of rotten wood. All the staff were very unprofessional and seemed to just sit around doing nothing apart from browsing the internet, Really isnt a 4 star hotel and for the price I would never stay here again, lots of other nicer hotels in a LOT better locations for the money. Overall Not a great hotel, nice pool thats about it.
