Over rated "Deluxe Pavillion" The spa was closed. The fitnessroom was empty. In fact we were the only guests, everything looked deserted...As a ghost hotel and not at all as on the web page. Left without spending as much as 1 night in that strange place.
Great people and service. Location is not on the beach but is close enough which makes the price difference relative to a beach front location good value for money. Also - it is very easy to get into town and take advantage of more local restaurants / vendors as opposed to being stuck in a resort.
Bad location for Kumala beach,had notice saying free transfers to the beach every hour but was told it was once a day at 9am when tried to book it at reception,rooms were v nice but the rest of the hotel was a bit tired and run down,bit like a ghost town to be honest,staff were helpful though
