The Palms, Kamala Beach is only 50 minutes from Phuket International Airport, 2 minutes stroll to the Beach, and ideally situated for all of the shops, restaurants, banks and bars of Kamala, modern spacious designs, has proved to be a true testament to the Thai Architects. The Palms architecture in the appropriate environmentally preserved surroundings. Which offers guests a blend of luxurious modern space, yet still surrounded by the lush tropical paradise of Phuket.

-Good hotel, most facilties of a 4 star hotel

Service poor. Price was high compared with other properties in the same region. Room was good size and comfortable.
Apartment was excellent with all the facilities needed and a great aspect being on the top floor. However, noticed a few faulty things during our stay e.g. air con unit in 1 room, shower door hinges loose, . Engineers were very quick and able to resolve the issues. Reception staff were excellent helping to co-ordinate transport and flowers for a wedding I was going to.
