The Palms, Kamala Beach is only 50 minutes from Phuket International Airport, 2 minutes stroll to the Beach, and ideally situated for all of the shops, restaurants, banks and bars of Kamala, modern spacious designs, has proved to be a true testament to the Thai Architects.
The Palms architecture in the appropriate environmentally preserved surroundings. Which offers guests a blend of luxurious modern space, yet still surrounded by the lush tropical paradise of Phuket.

+ great location,good pool , breakfast was good with a large range of variety but that is where it ends.
- this room was over 5500 tbh per night so we did not expect a filthy room ,full of mozzies when we arrived when commented to staff we where told to go to a 7 eleven store next door and buy some mozzie spray ,broken plates stored in bathroom cupboards, outside the front door of the room old water stained furniture stored there .Dirty dishes from next doors breakfast left in walkway for the whole time we where there (3 days) Cleaners not shown how to clean ,on day 2 three cleaners entered our room swept floor and left (kitchen not cleaned, beds not changed, towels and face washers taken and not replaced when requested towels they come 2 hours later and give us dirty stained ones (lucky we had our own towel) unfortunately when you pay for a quality hotel 4/5 star and dont get one it spoils the holiday ,as we are expats living in malaysia and we have travelled to thailand 6 times for vacation this has been our worst hotel for how dirty the rooms where.

Service poor. Price was high compared with other properties in the same region. Room was good size and comfortable.
