A very short walk from beautiful Kamala Beach (just 40 meters), Basilico Hotel is a nice and friendly hotel decorated in traditional and modern bamboo furniture. Renovated in 2008, the ten rooms are situated on 2 floors, near the famous Basilico Italian Restaurant.

The hotel was fine for the price paid, be aware however that the hotel charges 5% of booking for using a card to pay balance. I was unaware of this charge so i affectively made my stay 5% more expensive than Late stays advertised. If this is the case it should be stated at the time of the booking
Good, clean basic hotel very near to the beach.
Rooms had private balcony but not much of a view. Breakfast was nice but have to pay extra (200 baht).

The room was OK. The prices is a bit to high, 500THB less would make it more worth the money.
