Two Villas Holiday Phuket - Oxygen Style Bang Tao

A good choice for friends/family to stay.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately they said there was a problem and made us stay at one location for a couple nights and then move to another location (about 15min by car) for the rest of our stay. This was very inconvenient and although they tried to make it as easy as possible it was still a terrible inconvenience!

From booking online and only having to plaace a 10% deposit to receiving our instant confirmation we felt at ease from the beginning. Leading up to our arrival date we received another email telling us they were looking forward to our arrival and if we needed anything to contact them and they would be happy to help. Once we arrived at 2 Villas the staff escorted us to our villa- explaining everything thoroughly even ensuring our air con remotes were in working order. We felt extremely comfortable and were overly impressed with the presentation of the villa and the privacy we were given. We were lent a mobile phone which had already been topped up with some credit and were shown the shuttle bus service phone number and the office number, they also explained that if we needed anything during our stay to just call and they would happilly do their best to meet our needs. When we did make a request for some assistance in hiring a scooter and a car they had both meaans of transport brought directly to us so it almost seemed too easy. Prior to arrival we were aware that we would have the extra service of a team of caterers that would cook us breakfast each day, but nothing prepared us for the overwhelming quality to which was delivered. Each day we were asked what we would like, choosing from the menu and what time would suit and they were always prompt- this was something that took a bit of getting used to but never the less we appreciated the added efforts. The cleaning of the villa and maintanence of our gardens and pool were evidently a priority as these were maintained on a daily basis so that everything was always immaculate. Having our own private pool was a luxury that was thoroughly enjoyed. It had a waterfall that was on all day so the sound streamed through the whole villa providing a peaceful tranquility. The location was a little out of the way if you're looking to frequent patong or phuket town- however we quite enjoyed having the luxury of being situated between both. The overall service of the team of staff was consistently helpful and genuine. We would recommend 2 Villas to anybody who is looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist destinations of phuket and looking for somewhere to really enjoy the luxury of doing nothing and enjoying it.
