quite place, good breakfast but no air-condition on restaurant, equipment not enjoy especially in kitchen
need to improve their facilities & services. the Spa was great!
The Residence Resort and Spa is a very quiet hotel with a good suttle service to Surin Beach. It would have been helpful to have an additional shuttle service at 18.00h.
