Very happy with the resort, very clean, superb value, staff wonderful and location just gorgeous. We have stayed before and we will stay again. Thank you.
Our stay at Laguna was truly memorable. It was a fantastic resort with great amenities, perfectly located, great food. we had opted for the complimentary ferry tour as given by the resort and we have to stay that it was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff was very courteous and all our requests were answered immediately. I would recommend this resort to anyone who visits Phuket. It is not too far away from the tourist attractions of phuket fantasea show, patong beach. there are plenty of options outside the resort if one chooses to eat outside. Few suggestions however - we had requested for late check out on 27th Feb, around 5 PM and we were told that we had to pay the half day's charge amounting to 3000 Baht. A little better response from the hotel was expected, especially after the wonderful service. Also, no slippers were provided in the rooms, the bedsheet was dirty on a couple of instances. All in all, a very memorable stay at Laguna and would love to come again.
