HOTEL food quality and staff communication skill were pretty average.
Slow response to client needs. They definitely need to put basic flat screen TVs in room to start with. CRT TV are obselete.
I would say not more than 3.5 star in over all quality.

Good food n excellent service
I was impress by the warm welcome on the morning when im arrived, while waiting to check in, i had been serve with drinks, cool hand towel and taking pic with the baby elephant. However the food and service on the cafe was bad
1) Service charge with 10% when most of the time i was the one that taking myself.
2) food is either to salty or sweet.
3) price range was far too high estimate in total 1000 per person
