The beautiful pictures that we can find on the website of this Hotel look like a 5 stars hotel but it doesn't match with the reallitty and I will rate this hotel with only 3 stars.
Fantastic first impression, staff very welcoming. Perfect setting. Highly recommend.
simple but enormous ocean suite rooms could do with an upgrade but this is apparently happening this year. facilities are more 3 1/2 star to be honest rather than 5 star.everything is a little basic but we loved it because its away from the maddening crowd. its clean. its friendly . we feel they could make more of an effort with regard to transfers to other local towns etc. it really does need a cheaper alternative especially in the daytime for light snacks and basic drinks. f and b costs were not far off australia prices !! we found a local eatery that we went to instead just because we felt it was too expensive. we would however return for a shorter period. ie 3 nights and then stay in kamala for a few days
