Whwn we arrived the hotel did not have the booked rrom avalible due to fullybooked as they sad. They did offer us a familyroom. The temperature in the room was not under 27 degrees during the whole period due to A/C. because a compressor was located outside the hoteldoor. This hotel need a fully makeover if it is gonna survive

I did not find that the value given for the rate paid was in accordance comparing with other hotels I have stayed with in Thailand during the Low Season. The bedrooms only had very tiny windows and were very dark. The staff was very friendly.

over priced for a bungalow away from a direct beach access. Breakfast was poor, lunch and dinner was not even considered. The facilities were minimal compared to other hotels in a similar price band on the island. I have stayed 6 other hotels in phuket during my frequent visits to the island and it is the first time i am dissapointed. I sincerely feel that i have no received value for my money. The bungalows were bare, without even a portrait, painting or other to ornament the place--> absolute lack of charm. The bathroom was a pain, with the shower either being a face melter or a siberian bath. The free beach chairs were the poorest of all the beach...The proximity of the bungalows to the pool made sleeping in the morning impossible or falling asleep next to the receptions Thai pop music playing night shift receptionist a sheer effort of will.
