Amazing location for those who are looking for a secluded, relaxing vacation to Phuket. Incredible views of the islands and great service/staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind.
This hotel is terrible and the manangment clearly don't car. Linens in the room were torn, the room was far from services even though the hotel was virtually empty, food terrible (resulting in traveller's trouble!), staff was unprofessional and even rude. In fact, I want my money back and told them so!!
This was a last minute choice. We wanted somewhere quiet, and that we got. The view was breathtaking! The staff was amazing, especially the dining room staff. The food was great, with a lot of variety. The buffet breakfast had numerous choices of western and thai food. The location is remote, and transportation was expensive, however totally available should you choose to go somewhere. This is a great place to relax--the swimming pool was beautiful. We would definitely go back to Supalai!!!
