We really enjoyed our stay here, we liked the setting, location and relaxing atmosphere. It was sometimes noisy in our room when people walked by, due to the thin walls of the room. The bedding was insufficient, but manageable and the shower was temperamental.
They have charged 425 thb on my credit card when I was told they would charge me 300tbh and that this issue was fixed, but NO. I already payed the hotel 2700 bath and they tricked me. Also the lady in the reception, she sold us a tour to maya and monkey beach with a non english speaking guide that she recommended and we got bitten by monkeys and had to go to hospital with no compensation from the hotel at all. They are nice but they wilö try to sell you tours to make money DO NOT BUY , buy the tours close to the beach in the stores. Do NOT book this hotell you will get a heart attack before reaching you bunglow and the prices are crazy. There are cheaper and nicer room availble close to the beach. this was faar away and the sea was so nice we did not even use the pool. staff speak no english
I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever!!!!!! The location is terrible. The walk from the hotel complex to the town centre does not feel at all safe especially at night when there are no street lights. The room was awful & bathroom was even worse. I still have bites from the bed bugs to show from our stay here. The breakfast was inedible...in fact the orange juice actually tasted like feet!!!!
