the location is very good .but the restroom is so small. we can't turn ourselves when we use it.
The hotel staffs are friendly. They always smile and they immediately attend to my needs. I just want o suggest that the swimming pool's operating hour should be extended from its current operating hour of 7pm I think. Because coming from a tour, it is nice to relax in the pool after long hour of activities in the beach.
The breakfast was good. There were plenty of choices. From bread, cereals, juices, omelet and other food. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

staff not giving us a warm welcome, but trying to get more money by telling us that we should pay extra for the child for which we decided not to book an extra bed. When we let them know, they put us in a small room with no sofa, let alone room for an extra bed. Likely room was not used for a long time because of the bad smell of the aircon.
When complaining, we were given a larger room at a better location, which we first could view. When we agreed to take this, we were suddenly offered another room when we were down at reception, when we sticked to the one just viewed, it was told that they key for that room was not present, but when we insisted, like magic the key instantly was given to us. In general, we felt misled because of the big difference between the room pictures on the website, and the real situation.
